In order to complete the application process, you will need to submit a signed W-9 form to the home office, either by mail, fax or email, and select one of our five available starter kits. You can download the form below. Once Home Office has received your Application, w9 Form and your Kit Order you will receive your ID number and ordering instructions. This process usually takes up to 48 hours following the submission of your w9 form. Remember we can not issue a number without a w9 form.

Distributor Kits are $40

Each Kit includes a GCC Tote, 6 Cakes (choose from Birthday Sampler or Random Sampler), a Care-Package (choose from Chocolate Yummy Box, Sweet Sweet Yummy Box or a Study Break Box (chocolate cake), GCC pen, blank business cards, paperwork folder with necessary paperwork to start your GCC business.

Each Independent Distributor may have their own website to sell our products, which must state the company's name and Distributor's ID number. Or they may have their own company site. The company will receive the orders and ship them out. The Distributor will receive the commission on the sale at the end of each month.
There is a $20 set up fee and costs $7.50 per month (auto-billed.)
